I believe that the absolute lowest starting price (smallest possible room, no window) was in 55-60k range – prohibitively expensive for most, but ultimately less than I expected!
not entirely off topic is that circumnavigation is the only item on my bucket list; each passing year I feel less and less excited about forking up a good portion of my remaining assets to accomplish this; thank you for making procrastination seem brilliant with this one.
